Description

Mahogany has a warm, rich, and full ukulele tone.  It is a classic wood, with a classic look, and a classic sound.  It has a very even clarity of tone.  And Ponos are amazing ukuleles.  Made from only the best mahogany available.  Mahogany ages beautifully and will sound better and better the more you play as it “opens up”.  They do not stain their mahogany dark like a lot of other companies, so you really get the true beauty and grain that comes with the natural wood.

We inspect each and every instrument we ship out for maximum playability. We adjust the action and adjust intonation when needed. If you would like a specific adjustment, just add it to your order notes and we would be happy to adjust to your liking.
