Yasa Poletaeva is a sought-after violinist hailing from Saint Petersburg, Russia. Described by “Manhattan International Artists” as a violinist who’s “performances reflect a great musicality, depth of interpretation, and technical expertise needed to distinguish oneself in the world of professional performance.” A graduate of the Saint Petersburg Conservatory (Russia) and Lynn University Conservatory (USA), she has concertized in the United States, Russia, Europe, and Asia as a soloist and a member of the Contrast Duo. Ms. Poletaeva is a winner of the Franz Liszt International Music Competition, John Oliveira Inaugural String Competition, finalist of Carnegie Hall fellowship, and a scholarship recipient of National Society of Arts and Letters and Boca West Country Club. She has been a member of the Atlantic Classical Orchestra in Fort Pierce since 2013 as well as the Miami City Ballet Orchestra since 2015.
