Description
Martino Quintavalla is luthier based in Bianzone, Italy. With a Masters Degree in Materials Engineering, he is now building exceptional mandolins that stray from the norm in design, but excel in the sounds of tradition, this particular mandolin being no exception.
The F-Jazz mandolin recalls typical elements of both A and F-style mandolins. These elements are personally interpreted to make a versatile instrument whose sound can span across bluegrass, oldtime and jazz. Along with its sound, this instruments embeds innovative elements that improve its ergonomics, playability and intonation.
