Description
This Ode banjo is in Very-Good Condition showing normal signs of wear and age which include the following: very minor nicks/scratches throughout, slight tarnishing of hardware (though plating has worn through on the armrest and some of the hooks). The main wear on the banjo is the belt rash on the back of the resonator which has cut through some of the finish as seen in photos above. Frets are in Excellent-Condition showing very little wear. A 5th string rail capo was installed at some point and is still currently mounted/functional and is included. Also included is a hard canvas case which is in Very-Good Condition.
We estimate this banjo to have been produced in the early/mid 1970’s as the headstock also features the Baldwin name over top the Ode logo.
We inspect each and every instrument we ship out for maximum playability. We adjust the action and adjust intonation when needed. If you would like a specific adjustment, just add it to your order notes and we would be happy to adjust to your liking.
